New E.U. regulations and the European child safety alliance standard with regard to swimming pool safety, within all urbanisations, communities, villas, Etc... Will be enforced in Spain and throughout the E.U. , with suggested fines of €45,000 to €250,000 for non compliance. The preferred option being a suitable four sided isolation fence enclosing the pool contour with self closing, self latching gate.
